The venue has received fire marshal approval for a maximum occupancy of 48 people.

This maximum includes guests, vendors, and staff unless the written approval specifies otherwise.

Approved rental categories offered by Magnolia Studio include:

• Intimate celebrations
• Intimate weddings
• Memorial gatherings
• Corporate gatherings and team-building activities
• Networking groups and recurring meetings
• Photography sessions
• Creative workshops and classes

All activities must comply with applicable fire, safety, building, and venue-use requirements.

A $250 nonrefundable booking retainer is required to reserve a date for celebrations and weddings.

The retainer is credited toward the total rental package price.

A reservation is confirmed only after the required retainer is paid, the applicable agreement is accepted, and Magnolia Studio confirms the reservation.

Temporary 24-hour date holds may be offered according to the existing booking system rules.

All celebrations and wedding rentals must be paid in full no later than 14 calendar days before the event.

Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at booking.

Additional upgrades must be approved by the customer before being added to the reservation.

The $250 booking retainer is nonrefundable.

• 30 or more days before the event: Payments beyond the booking retainer are refundable.
• 15–29 days before the event: 50% of payments beyond the booking retainer are refundable.
• 14 days or fewer before the event: No refunds.

One rescheduling request may be permitted with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Any difference in package pricing for the new date must be paid by the renter.

A separate $250 refundable damage deposit is required for private celebrations and weddings.

This deposit is separate from the $250 nonrefundable booking retainer.

The damage deposit is collected 14 days before the scheduled event, together with the remaining rental balance.

For bookings made within 14 days of the event, the damage deposit is collected at booking.

The damage deposit will be returned within seven business days following the event, provided there is no damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, or violation of the rental agreement.

Documented charges may be deducted from the deposit.

Private celebrations and weddings require event liability insurance with a minimum coverage limit of $1,000,000.

Magnolia Studio must be named as an additional insured where applicable.

Proof of insurance must be provided at least 14 days before the event.

Insurance certificates may be uploaded securely through the reservation confirmation and are reviewed and approved by Magnolia Studio.

For reservations made within 14 days of the event, the insurance certificate must be approved before the booking is confirmed.

• Full payment is required at booking.
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled gathering receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled gathering are nonrefundable, except for exceptions approved by the owner.

• $85 per hour, three-hour minimum
• $350 for five hours
• $500 for eight hours
• $250 booking deposit credited toward the rental
• $100 of the deposit is nonrefundable
• Remaining balance due seven days before the session

Photographers provide their own equipment, backdrops, sets, and props.

Creative instructors may rent Magnolia Studio for $25 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

Full rental payment is required at booking.

Workshop instructors are responsible for their supplies, teaching materials, setup, and removal of personal equipment.

Separately ticketed Magnolia Studio workshops should follow their published workshop registration and cancellation policies.

Corporate gatherings, team-building events, and recurring networking group reservations may have customized pricing and arrangements.

Corporate gatherings and custom team-building packages must follow the payment schedule stated in their approved quote.

Any custom quote must clearly state the included rental hours, services, approved upgrades, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation terms.

Recurring reservations are subject to availability and owner approval.

Alcohol service is permitted only when arranged through a properly licensed and insured bartender or bartending service, as required by applicable Texas law.

Self-service alcohol is prohibited.

Events with more than 30 attendees where alcohol is served require approved security personnel.

The renter is responsible for arranging and paying for required bartending and security services.

Alcohol service must comply with all applicable laws and venue requirements.

Magnolia Studio provides an elegantly designed venue with furnishings, linens, tablescapes, and decorative accessories.

The following are prohibited without prior written approval:

• Nails, screws, staples, or damaging adhesives
• Glitter and confetti
• Open flames other than approved enclosed candles
• Moving large furniture or installed decorative elements
• Removing venue property from the premises

Renters are financially responsible for damaged or missing venue property caused by themselves, their guests, or vendors.

Outside catering is permitted.

Caterers and other vendors must remove their equipment, supplies, and personal property before the end of the rental period.

All outside vendors must comply with venue policies and applicable legal requirements.

The renter is responsible for ensuring their vendors understand the permitted access and departure times.

Standard intimate celebration packages include five hours of total venue access:

• One hour for setup
• Three hours for the event
• One hour for breakdown and departure

Different rental packages may include different access periods, as stated in their descriptions.

Additional time is $150 per hour, subject to advance approval and availability.

All guests and vendors must depart by the scheduled end of the rental period.

Wedding events may not extend beyond 10:00 p.m.

Renters must remove all personal belongings, gifts, food, beverages, and outside decorations before the rental period ends.

Magnolia Studio is responsible for normal post-event cleaning.

Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use may result in charges deducted from the refundable damage deposit.

The individual signing the agreement is responsible for their guests, vendors, and activities occurring during the rental period.

All guests and vendors must comply with the venue’s occupancy, safety, alcohol, decoration, and departure policies.

Before completing an online reservation, customers must:

• Review the applicable booking policies.
• Review the rental agreement.
• Confirm their selected date, package, and total charges.
• Electronically accept the agreement.
• Complete the required payment.
