Our signature tablescape collection
Every intimate celebration and wedding at Magnolia Studio begins with our signature tablescape collection, a thoughtfully curated selection of elegant details designed to create a beautiful setting for your special occasion.
Our signature collection features luxurious taupe velvet linens, classic gold chargers, white dinner plates, vintage-style water goblets, gold flatware and white satin napkins — with silk floral centerpieces arranged in a ceramic container, and champagne gold Chiavari chairs finished with ivory cushions.
This is the table exactly as it arrives — before any add-ons.

We would rather you understand how pricing works before you fall in love with a date. Here is exactly what the prices below mean.
Starting prices
All advertised prices are starting package prices.
What can change your total
Your final event total may increase based on selected upgrades, specialty rentals, fresh florals, and other approved enhancements.
The standard package stands alone
You can book the standard package without purchasing any upgrades.
Nothing added without you
No optional upgrades are automatically added to your package.
You may book the standard package on its own. No optional upgrade is ever added to your package automatically.
Package one
Beautiful moments, thoughtfully celebrated.
Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and other intimate gatherings.
Rental duration
Every intimate celebration includes five consecutive hours of venue access — one hour for setup and preparation, three hours for your celebration, and one hour for breakdown, cleanup, and departure.
All guests, vendors, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of the reserved period.
Maximum permitted occupancy is 48 people, including guests, vendors, and hosts.
Optional upgrades

Every upgrade comes from Magnolia Studio's own inventory and approved floral arrangements. Outside rental sourcing isn't offered for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, or other standard intimate celebrations.
Reservation retainer
A $250 non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your date.
The $250 is credited toward your total package price — it is not an additional charge on top of the package price.
The remaining payment schedule and rental agreement are handled through our online booking system.
Package two
The signature wedding collection.
Your wedding, beautifully styled.
A beautiful and intimate setting for celebrating your love story.
Rental duration
Exclusive full-day venue access, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The twelve-hour period includes wedding preparation, ceremony, reception, breakdown, cleanup, and departure.
All activities must conclude and the venue must be completely vacated by 10:00 p.m., in accordance with the stated city ordinance.
No extensions beyond 10:00 p.m.

Specialty wedding rentals
For intimate weddings only, you may request specialty items not currently owned by Magnolia Studio. These can be sourced through outside rental companies — specialty linens, unique chargers, specialty glassware, additional decorative pieces, and custom tabletop rentals.
All outside rental items require a custom quote. Rental charges, delivery fees, and associated expenses must be approved by you before they're added to your event balance.
Fresh flowers are not included in the base wedding package. Silk floral centerpieces are included. Fresh floral arrangements and custom floral designs are available as separately priced upgrades.

Every seat at The Magnolia Studio is a champagne gold Chiavari chair — soft and warm rather than bright — kissed with specks of sparkle, the perfect companion to our crystal chandeliers and velvet drapes, and a beautiful canvas for any theme you bring.
